my contribution as a Product designer & UX researcher

As a product manager and product launch strategist for Datversee, a project that was focused on creating and launching a new product, I led in-depth research, uncovering pain points for dating app users. I guided the team to refine research, culminating in a specific product opportunity. Leveraging POGs and market analysis, I actively participated in ideation and facilitated discussions with industry experts. My leadership ensured a user-centric product designed for millennials, culminating in the project's strategic execution. I led the team in developing a product launch strategy and go-to-market strategy for making the product a success as well.
